| Description | Buffered Vitamin C is a non acidic, gentle form of vitamin C, a vitamin with antioxidant properties and helpful in preventing and treating infections bruising, colds, flu, sinusitis, sore throat, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, physical and mental stress, immune function, cholesterol levels, liver toxicity, and promoting collagen formation.
Buffered vitamin C is corn-free and is designed especially for allergic individuals. It also provides significant levels of macro-minerals. Their carbonates and bicarbonates cause a buffering action (ph 6.8 in water).
Mixed into liquid, Buffered Vitamin C makes a sparkling effervescent drink. Appropriate for food-sensitive individuals.
Suggested Use:
One-quarter (1/4) to one-half (1/2) teaspoon or more is preferred liquid between meals, or as directed by a physician. Two teaspoons supply approximately the recommended dietary allowances of calcium and magnesium.
